For the past decade, I've designed decision-making tools for experts in complex fields: finance teams evaluating strategic scenarios, media researchers navigating global technology shifts, insurance companies anticipating claims patterns, and cybersecurity professionals assessing risk.

Today, I'm a Principal Product Designer at Datasite, reimagining virtual data rooms for AI-assisted workflows. Before that, I spent four years at Nielsen leading design for platform initiatives across 30+ countries on six continents, unifying fragmented systems into a single knowledge layer for a global operations platform.

I specialise in translating ambiguous, multi-stakeholder problems into foundational capabilities, the kind of cross-cutting platform work where every design decision ripples across the product.

In 2020, when the world stopped its "business as usual," I realised that the same skill I use professionally, making sense of complexity, is exactly what leaders and teams need to navigate rapid change. So I started building Practical Futures.
